The Credit Ombudsman

Its mission is to defend and promote the rights, guarantees, and legitimate interests of any persons or entities involved in credit relationships, as well as to contribute to improving access to credit within the financial system.

Credit Ombudsman

The Credit Ombudsman carries out mediation activities between bank customers and credit institutions, particularly in the areas of credit contracting and renegotiation, and also provides clarification and information on credit matters.
